How we collect informations:
Personally Identifiable Information: We may collect the following information when you sign up for a service: First name, last name, e-mail address, mailing address.
IP Address: When a user visits any Web site owned or operated by Puzzle Lab, we may collect the IP address that requested the display of one of our sites.
Sign Up and Survey information: Any information you provide to us as part of your use of any Puzzle Lab Web site will be stored as entered.

Other Information Collected: The Web browser or client software that you use to access Puzzle Lab may transmit certain geographic information and information regarding the capabilities or features of your computer and/or software to us. We may also track other types of information, such as what games users play, the last time a user visited Puzzle Lab, and whether a user has won any of our games, sweepstakes or contests.
Game Data Collection: When you use any of the Puzzle Lab games or applications on a mobile platform, we may collect and record certain information such as your unique device ID (persistent / non-persistent), hardware type, media access control (“MAC”) address, international mobile equipment identity (“IMEI”), the version of your operating system (“OS”), your device name, your email address (if you have connected to Facebook or Google+), and your location (based on your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address). This information is useful to us for troubleshooting and helps us understand usage trends. In addition, we create a unique user ID to track your use of our Service. This unique user ID is stored in connection with your profile information to track the Puzzle Lab games you are playing. Whenever you play our games, we collect data about all of your interactions with the game and with the other players inside the game via server log files.

Puzzle Lab takes all reasonable precautions to safeguard the privacy of your data. We store information on servers located in the United States and may store information on servers and equipment in other countries. We do not warrant or represent that your information will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties.
Analytics and Ad Networks
We may feature advertising within our Service. The advertisers may collect and use information about you, such as your Service session activity, device identifier, MAC address, IMEI, geo-location information and IP address. They may use this information to provide advertisements of interest to you. Puzzle Lab may use Flurry analytics tool in order to develop and analyze use of the Services. If you wish to opt-out from Flurry analytics, please follow this link: http://www.flurry.com/resources/privacy.html. Other analytics and ad-tools may be as well used by Puzzle Lab. If you wish to opt-out from these tools, please write a letter to email@example.com and Puzzle Lab will provide you with an updated list of the tools we use in order for you to be able to opt-out.
In addition, you may see our games advertised in other services. After clicking on one of these advertisements and installing our game, you will become a user of our Service. In order to verify the installs, a device identifier may be shared with the advertiser.
When you create a customer account with Puzzle Lab, you are automatically registered to receive one or more of our newsletters, even if you previously opted out of receiving newsletters at the time you downloaded any game for free trial play. At any time, you may opt-out of receiving these newsletters by selecting the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any newsletter. Puzzle Labs treats each of its consumer offerings inpidually, so if you are receiving mailings from more than one area of our website, if you want to unsubscribe you must do so with respect to each such area inpidually.
Puzzle Lab may at times offer users the ability to post content to a blog, message board, chat room or other forums such as Puzzle Lab’s Facebook page (“Forums") where they can exchange ideas and communicate with each another. When posting to a message board or chat area, the information is being made publicly available in an online environment. Any information posted is the sole responsibility of the inpidual user.

We at Puzzle Lab do not offer products for purchase by children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 13, you may use and access the Puzzle Lab Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Puzzle Lab respects the privacy of parents and children and is committed to complying with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. If a parent believes that his or her child has submitted personal information to Puzzle Lab, he or she can contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will promptly delete the information upon learning that it relates to a child under the age of 13. We recognize the importance of safeguarding the privacy of children and encourage parents to check and monitor their children's use of online activities regularly.
